On Wednesday, 18th December, at the residence of the bride's parents, Regent street, Newtown, Mr. E. R. Cameron, second of Mr. R. R. Cameron, Kilbirnie, was married to Miss Annie Stewart, second daughter of Mr. Thomas Stewart, Newtown. The Rev. W. Shirer officiated. The bride who was given away by her father was daintily attired in cream taffeta, trimmed with lace and ribbon, and wore the customary veil and orange blossom, and carried a beautiful shower bouquet. She was attended by her sister Miss Daisy Stewart, who wore a pretty cream dress trimmed with lace, and pink hat trimmed with daisies and carried a beautiful shower bouquet of pink roses. The bridegroom was supported by his brother, Mr. J Y. Cameron. The bride's travelling costume was of navy blue cloth trimmed with floral insertion, with white crinoline hat trimmed with ribbon and cream roses.
