Mrs E. S. Pragnell
The death occurred in Masterton this morning of Mrs Easter Mary White Pragnell, who has resided in Masterton for a considerable number of years.
Born at Muthill, Perthshire, Scotland, 44 years ago, she came to New Zealand with her aunt 38 years ago and has resided in Masterton since that date. She was associated with the old Knox Church Choir. She was married in Masterton to Mr Eric Stanley Pragnell 14 years ago and is survived by her husband and two young children, a son and daughter.
She is also survived by two sisters and three brothers. The sisters are Mesdames A. Baker and R. Henderson, both of Palmerston North and the brothers Messrs J. G. Miller and Alex Miller (Masterton) and T. M. Miller, Postmaster, Ohaeawai, Bay of Islands.
The funeral will take place of Friday and will leave the late residence, 73 Church Street, at 1 p.m. for the Masterton Cemetery.
