In the name of God Amen
I William Gichard of the parish of Saint Austell in the County of
Cornwall Innkeeper being weak in the body but of sound and disposing mind memory and understanding thanks be to god therefore do this twentieth seventh day of November in the seventh year of the reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Third by the grace of god of Great Britain France and Ireland King defender of the faith
And in the year of our lord One Thousand seven hundred and sixty six
make and publish this my last will and testament in manner following that is to say
Principally and first of all I give and recommend my soul into the hand of god that I give it and for my body I recommend it to the earth to be buried in a Christian like and decent manner
At the discretion of my executors nothing doubting but at the general
resurrection I shall receive the same again by the mighty power of god
And as a touching such worldly estate wherewith it hath pleased god to bless me in this life I give and devise and dispose of the same in the following manner and form
First I give and bequeath unto my said son Samuel the sum of Five
pounds to be paid to his master as soon as the same shall become due
Also I do will and Appoint that my said son Samuel shall be provided
wearing apparel and all other convenient necessaries during the term of apprenticeship
And in the case my son Samuel sickness during the said term my will is that the doctor shall be paid
And my will is that my grandson Joseph Moore shall be kept in school to learn reading writing arithmetic until he shall arrive at the age of Ten Years and be provided proper meat drink washing apparel and attendance
Also I give and Bequeath unto my grandsons Thomas Edgar and Alexander
Edgar one guinea each to be paid in one year after my decease
Also I give and Bequeath unto my daughters Hester and Joanna the sum of five pounds and ten shillings to be paid them by my daughter Mary out of her share of the executorships as soon as a proper division of my effects shall be made
Also I wish and desire that my daughter Amy may have all her household goods which she brought into my house after the death of her husband
And my will further is that if my effects shall amount to more than
five hundred pounds after the above mentioned legacies are paid that the one moiety or half part of such overplus shall be equally divided between my sons William and Edward and the other moiety or half part to be divided equally among the other executors
Lastly all the rest of my goods chattels and rights and credits
whatsoever and wheresoever I give devise and bequeath to Joan my wife and my said son William my said son Edward my said son Samuel my daughter Ann my daughter Amy my daughter Mary my daughter Hester my daughter Joanna and my said grandson Joseph Moore whom I constitute and make and ordain my joint only and sole executor of this my last will and testament [Except as foresaid]
And I do hereby utterly disallow revoke and disannul all and every
other former wills and testaments legacies bequests and executors by me in any way before this time names willed and bequeathed satisfying and confirming this and no other to be my last will and testament

Mr. A. H. Fisk, second officer of the Union Company's steamer Tekapo, and eldest son of Captain Fisk of the Pania, was married in Sydney a few days ago to Miss Alice A. Mildon, eldest daughter of Mr. George Mildon, of Kairanga, Palmerston North. The ceremony took place at All Saints' Church at Petersham, a suburb of Sydney, the Rev. Mr. Goddard being the officiating clergyman. The bride, who wore a handsome white costume, was given away by Mr. W. Crockford, and she was attended as bridesmaids by Misses Norma and Hilda Crockford. Mr. Shoults attended the bridegroom. The honeymoon was spent at Port Hacking. The Tekapo made a great display of bunting? in honour of the occasion. Mr. and Mrs. Fisk have taken up their residence in Sydney
