In the name of god Amen
I William Gichard of the parish of St Austell being sicke in bodie but perfect in mynde and memorie prayse bee to god therefore doe make and ordain my last will and testament in manner and for me following
First I beequeave my soule to Almighty god and my bodie to the earth
I give and Beequeath to my sonne William my two chattels estates in
Treveske when hee shale accomplish the age of twenty and one years
I give and beequeath to my daughter Mary thirtie pounds to beepaid when she shale accomplish the age of fifteen years
If dorothie the now wife of William Gichard should happen to marry
after my decease then the children are too bee paid their portions within three months of her marriage day
All the remainder of my goods I doe give and beequeave unto my wife
Dorothie and my sonne William and doe make and ordain them joint executors and that I doe bind William my sonne to live with his mother till hee shale accomplish the age of twentie and one years and she is to provide for him sufficient meate and drinks and apparel
