Powell Elsie Alberta - On August 2, 1997 (suddenly), at the Forrest Hill Retirement Home, Takapuna, Auckland. Late of Titahi Bay. In her 87th year. Dearly loved wife and sweetheart of the late Stan. Dearly loved mother and mother in law of Dorothea and Neil, Patricia and Colin, John and Beverley, Brian and Brenda, George and Beverley, Annette and Mike. Cherished grandmother of 21 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. The complete service will be held at Romaleigh Funeral Chapel, 31 Ocean View Road, Northcote, Auckland, at 1pm, on Wednesday, August 6. Dearly beloved husband of Elsie and Dearly loved father of Dorothea, Patricia, John, Brian, George, and Annette; loved grandfather of all his granchildren and great grandchildren. Her funeral service will be held at the Porirua Hospital Chapel today Monday April 19, at 2 pm and the committal will take place at the Norsewood Cemetery tomorrow Tuesday April 20, at 1.30pm.
