Pye Charles Ernest (Ernie) (2nd N.Z.E.F., Trooper, 18th Armoured Reg., Reg No. 53854) - On November 7, 1992, at Wairau Hospital, Blenheim, dearly loved husband of the late Florence, son of the late Charles and Annie Pye, brother and brother in law of Monica and Fred Saxon, and Hilda and the late Bob Grieve, loving companion and friend for the past 12 years of Esme Fleming, and sadly missed by his nieces and nephews; in his 86th year. Peace at last. In lieu of flowers donations to the Cancer Society would be appreciated and may be left at his Funeral service. Messages to 76 Tilford Street, Christchurch 6. Ernie's Funeral service will be held in our Ferry Park Chapel, 297 Ferry Road, on Wednesday, November 11, at 2 p.m., interment thereafter in the Memorial Park Cemetery. J.
