Part-owner of Coldstream House David Harrie carves the turkey while residents Ethel Tasker (left) and Jessie Sandrey wait for the first slice. Coldstream House held its Christmas lunch yesterday for residence, two days prior to the big day, as many residents spend time with families over the Christmas period. A traditional lunch was served up with a monstrous 13.5kg turkey, new potatoes and Christmas puddings for dessert. It is about the eighth year running the home has had the lunch, with residents looking forward to the annual event and enjoying the festivity and the decorated room and tables
